KinArchive将您的文档安全地存储在您的个人iCloud账户中。我们不收集、存储或访问您的个人文档或数据。所有信息都经过加密并使用Apple的CloudKit服务存储。

我们如何使用信息

您的文档仅用于提供安全的家庭文档管理服务。Face ID和认证数据在您的设备上本地处理，不会传输到我们的服务器。

数据安全

所有文档都使用行业标准加密进行加密。访问受Face ID、Touch ID或设备密码保护。数据同步通过Apple的安全CloudKit基础设施进行。

第三方服务

KinArchive uses Apple's CloudKit for secure document storage and synchronization, Apple's StoreKit for subscriptions, and Firebase services for authentication support, push messaging, crash reporting, remote configuration, and product analytics. KinArchive does not use Firebase to store or read your documents.

数据保留

您的文档将保留在您的iCloud账户中，直到您选择删除它们。删除应用后，您的文档仍安全存储在iCloud中，可以通过重新安装应用来恢复。

您的权利

您可以完全控制您的数据。您可以随时查看、编辑、共享或删除任何文档。您还可以从应用设置中删除整个保管库。

订阅和计费

KinArchive通过Apple的App Store处理可选高级订阅。订阅费用将从您的Apple ID账户中扣除。订阅将自动续订，除非在当前周期结束前至少24小时取消。您可以在App Store账户设置中管理和取消订阅。订阅期内未使用的部分不提供退款。账单信息完全由Apple处理，KinArchive无法访问。

免费版限制

The free version of KinArchive is limited to 5 documents, 2 family members, and 5 OCR scans per month. A free account uses Sign in with Apple or passkeys. Usage data is stored in your private iCloud to enforce these limits. Upgrading to a subscription increases limits: Premium includes 50 documents, 5 members, and 500 OCR scans/year; Family includes unlimited documents, unlimited members, unlimited OCR, family activity, document requests, shared notes, and emergency access; Professional adds multi-vault support, client collaboration, white-label sharing, and audit exports.
